Ingredients
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground chuck
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. instant potatoes
Method
- Mix
- ground chuck with diced onions and seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Cook
- in
- skillet on
- medium
- heat until meat is done. Add
- can
- of
- mixed vegetables and cook 1 minute.
- Pour into casserole
- dish
- and
- add
- layer of reconstituted mashed potatoes. Top
- with grated cheese. Bake in oven (regular or microwave) until
- cheese melts fully. Good reheated the next day.
