Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. instant potatoes

Method

  • Mix
  • ground chuck with diced onions and seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Cook
  • in
  • skillet on
  • medium
  • heat until meat is done. Add
  • can
  • of
  • mixed vegetables and cook 1 minute.
  • Pour into casserole
  • dish
  • and
  • add
  • layer of reconstituted mashed potatoes. Top
  • with grated cheese. Bake in oven (regular or microwave) until
  • cheese melts fully. Good reheated the next day.
