Ingredients
- rice
- 3 or 4 sausages
- 1/2 lb. bacon (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- red pepper (optional)
Method
- Start cooking rice as usual.
- In saucepan, brown 3 or 4 sausages and 1/2 pound bacon.
- Add deboned chicken.
- Put meat into rice; salt and pepper to taste.
- You can add red peppers, if desired.
