Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) packagelasagne Hamburger Helper mix for beef pasta
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 small zucchini (chopped, about 1 cup)

Method

  • Cook beef and onion in 4 quart dutch oven, stirring frequently until beef is brown; drain.
  • Stir in sauce mix, water, tomatoes, corn and cheese; break up tomatoes.
  • Heat to boiling stirring constantly; reduce heat.
  • Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in macaroni and zucchini.
  • Cover and cook 10 minutes more.
  • Sprinkle each serving with additional Parmesan cheese as desired.
