Ingredients
- 3 cups thinly sliced English cucumber
- 1/4 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
