Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 (14 to 16 oz.) can tomato juice
  • 1 (14 to 16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (14 to 16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. chili seasoning
  • 1 (14 to 16 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (14 to 16 oz.) can chili beans

Method

  • Brown onion in skillet, with a small amount of butter, and hamburger.
  • Cook until brown; drain.
  • While hamburger is cooking, open all the canned ingredients and mix in a large pot.
  • Stir in seasoning mix.
  • Add cooked hamburger.
