Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- pecan pieces, if desired
Method
- Melt butter and add water and brown sugar.
- Pour into the bottom of an 11 x 13-inch pan.
- Add pecan pieces to sugar mixture, if desired, and then lay in the rolls.
- Do not crowd, as rolls must rise again, doubling size.
- Place in warm area, covered with towel, and allow to rise.
- Bake in 400° oven for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly in pan and then flip out onto wax paper lined dish.
