Ingredients
- 1 white or yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 4 large bananas
- 1/2 c. fine chopped nuts
- powdered sugar
Method
- Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and water in mixing bowl.
- Beat at medium speed on electric mixer for 2 minutes.
- Batter should be light and fluffy.
- Peel and chop bananas into cake batter.
- Beat at high speed for 1 minute more.
- Fold in nuts.
