Ingredients
- 3-4 purple carrots
- 1-2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 cup Turkish Yogurt
- 1/5 bunch dill (or parsley)
- salt & pepper
Method
- Grate purple carrots. Place them in a pot add 1/5 glass of water . On low heat simmer without lid for 5-6 minutes until they are soft.
- Place them in a bowl and let them cool. Add grated garlic, salt and pepper to the yogurt. Mix in the purple carrots. chill before serving. Drizzle olive oil on top and garnish with dill or parsley.
