Ingredients
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. or 1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
Method
- Mix ingredients in order and pour into a 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350° and bake 45 to 55 minutes.
