Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large (2 lb.) can pumpkin
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 dry white or yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 3/4 c. pecans
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Method
- Mix eggs, sugar, milk, spices, vanilla and pumpkin.
- Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
- Sprinkle with dry cake mix.
- Dribble the melted butter over the cake mix and sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Cool and serve with whipped cream.
