Ingredients
- 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, melted
Method
- Beat the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, spices, and eggs together.
- Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over your mixture.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.
- Finally, drizzle the butter on top of this mixture.
- Bake at 350°F for one hour.
