Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 15 oz. can pumpkin pie mix
- 1 small container Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
Method
- Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add pumpkin, then fold in Cool Whip, cinnamon and ginger.
- Chill.
- Serve with Gingersnap cookies or Vanilla Wafers.
