Ingredients
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. Pumpkin Puree
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. raisins
Method
- Beat oil, sugar and eggs until smooth.
- Blend in nutmeg, salt, pumpkin and water.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking soda. Gradually stir into pumpkin mixture and blend well.
- Fold in raisins.
- Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
