Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- 5 c. white rum
Method
- Dissolve sugar in 2 cups pineapple juice in saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; mix with remaining pineapple juice, lime juice and rum. Blend well. Place in freezer containers. Freeze until ready to serve. Yield: 20 servings.
