Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 1 c. olive oil
Method
- Put mustard, lemon juice, garlic and yogurt in a glass bowl. Slowly whisk olive oil in and whisk thoroughly until the mixture thickens.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Especially good with salads containing meat.
