Ingredients
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 5 slices Prosciutto
- 4 fresh figs
Method
- Place rounds of Parmesan cheese (about 1 1/2 teaspoons each) on parchment of greased foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool and then remove from baking sheet. Cut each slice of Prosciutto into 4 pieces. Fold to fit crisp. Place on crisp and top with a slice of fig. Makes 20.
