Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
- 3/4 c. margarine, melted
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 regular size Cool Whip
- 2 c. hot water
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
Method
- Mix pretzels, margarine and sugar together.
- Spread in square cake pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 375°.
- Let this cool for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until well blended. Add container of Cool Whip to cream cheese and sugar and mix. Pour mixture over crust.
- Dissolve jello with hot water.
- Add frozen strawberries and stir until thick.
- Pour over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate until set, 1 hour.
