Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 c. coarsely chopped pretzels
  • 1 c. melted margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 20 oz. frozen strawberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. Cool Whip
  • 6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
  • 2 c. boiling water

Method

  • Chop pretzels and mix with the margarine. Bake 10 minutes at 300° in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
  • Mix the cream cheese and sugar. Fold in the Cool Whip.
  • Pour over pretzels and place in refrigerator until set. Dissolve the jello and water.
  • Add strawberries and pour over already set mixture.
  • Let set again.
