Ingredients
- 2 2/3 c. coarsely chopped pretzels
- 1 c. melted margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 20 oz. frozen strawberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 c. boiling water
Method
- Chop pretzels and mix with the margarine. Bake 10 minutes at 300° in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
- Mix the cream cheese and sugar. Fold in the Cool Whip.
- Pour over pretzels and place in refrigerator until set. Dissolve the jello and water.
- Add strawberries and pour over already set mixture.
- Let set again.
