Ingredients
- 2 c. crushed pretzels
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 12 oz. whipped topping
- 6 oz. strawberry Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Method
- Mix pretzels, margarine and 3 tablespoons sugar in bowl. Press into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 400° for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread over pretzel layer.
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; stir in strawberries.
- Pour over cheese layer.
- Chill and serve.
