Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 12 oz. whipped topping
  • 6 oz. strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Method

  • Mix pretzels, margarine and 3 tablespoons sugar in bowl. Press into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 400° for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread over pretzel layer.
  • Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; stir in strawberries.
  • Pour over cheese layer.
  • Chill and serve.
