- 24 each flour tortillas, fajita size
- 2 qt. boneless beef sirloin steaks, grilled, thinly sliced Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 qt. scrambled eggs
- 1-1/2 cups onions, fire grilled, small dice
- 1-1/2 cups green peppers, fire grilled, small dice
- 1-1/2 cups red peppers, fire grilled, small dice
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred
- 1-1/2 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce
Method
- For each serving: Heat 1 tortilla on grill until softened; cover half with 1.5 oz.
- steak, 1/4 cup eggs, and 1 Tbsp.
- each onions, green peppers, red peppers, cheese and steak sauce.
- Fold over one side of tortilla, then roll up, starting at bottom edge, leaving one end open.
- Place, seam-side down, on flat-top griddle.
- Cook 30 sec.
- or until lightly browned.
