Ingredients

  • 24 each flour tortillas, fajita size
  • 2 qt. boneless beef sirloin steaks, grilled, thinly sliced Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
  • 1-1/2 qt. scrambled eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups onions, fire grilled, small dice
  • 1-1/2 cups green peppers, fire grilled, small dice
  • 1-1/2 cups red peppers, fire grilled, small dice
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred
  • 1-1/2 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce

Method

  • For each serving: Heat 1 tortilla on grill until softened; cover half with 1.5 oz.
  • steak, 1/4 cup eggs, and 1 Tbsp.
  • each onions, green peppers, red peppers, cheese and steak sauce.
  • Fold over one side of tortilla, then roll up, starting at bottom edge, leaving one end open.
  • Place, seam-side down, on flat-top griddle.
  • Cook 30 sec.
  • or until lightly browned.
