Ingredients
- 1 lb. thawed frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) carton chive sour cream dip
- 3/4 c. cornflakes
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Method
- Place first 8 ingredients in baking dish and top with cornflakes mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
- Sprinkle on top and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
