- potatoes, unpeeled
- onion
- green pepper
- butter
- salt and pepper
Method
- Wash and quarter potatoes.
- Place in pie pan or grill-proof dish.
- Slice onion and green pepper.
- Put over potatoes and dot with butter.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover with foil.
- Cook on grill 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Remove foil last 15 minutes for browning.
- Adjust cooking time for your own grill and quantity cooked.
