Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pat mixture evenly in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Top with crushed potato chips.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tender, uncovered.
