Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, cut up
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
Method
- Saute onions, celery and carrots in butter until tender. Cook potatoes in water with chicken bouillon cubes. Cook until tender. Add onions, celery and carrots. Add fresh parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
