Ingredients
- 4 c. potatoes
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. flour
- 4 c. water
Method
- Cook celery and onions 15 minutes.
- Add potatoes, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper. Cook until potatoes are soft.
- Mix together flour and evaporated milk.
- Beat in egg and add.
- Stir until thick.
- Salt to taste.
- May have to add more water.
