Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 slices bacon, fried
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 qt. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of fat from bacon.
- Place cut up potatoes, crumbled bacon, onion and enough water in pan to cook potatoes until tender.
- When they are tender, add milk, butter, salt and pepper.
