Ingredients
- 11 small red potatoes
- 3/4 onion
- 1 heaping tsp. mustard
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook potatoes in skin until fork goes through.
- When slightly warm, peel and slice.
- Add chopped onion and let sit on top (while still warm).
