Ingredients
- 4 lb. peeled potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 5 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Using grater blade of food processor, grate potatoes and onion.
- Combine with salt, eggs and flour (a bit more if needed). Spoon batter with large soup spoon into hot lard and fry until golden brown on each side.
- Serve immediately.
