Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 to 1 c. crushed potato chips
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Cream margarine and sugar until well blended.
- Add flour gradually.
- Stir in vanilla, potato chips and pecans.
- Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool.
