Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. hash browns
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- cornflakes or cracker crumbs
Method
- Mix hash browns, sour cream, soup, cheese, onions and milk together.
- Mix well.
- Melt butter in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Save half of butter to mix with cornflakes or crackers for topping.
- Pour into baking dish and top with crackers.
- Spread over top.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
