Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
Method
- Mix and pour in casserole dish.
- Set in refrigerator overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Two cups of cornflakes may be crumbled on top after baking, if desired.
- A good dish to prepare for Sunday dinner.
