Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
- 4 to 6 green onions, cut small
Method
- Boil the potatoes in jackets until almost done; chill. (Can use baked potatoes.)
- Peel and grate potatoes.
- Heat butter and soup; blend in sour cream, cheese and onions.
- Stir in potatoes. Put in a casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
