Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, defrosted 1/2 hour
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 lb. carton sour cream
- 8 oz. grated sharp cheese
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Mix
- together in
- large
- bowl.
- Salt
- and pepper. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour at 375°. Can be made ahead and frozen.
