Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Method
- Thaw potatoes.
- Combine first 6 ingredients; stir well.
- Spoon into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
- Combine cereal and butter. Sprinkle over potato mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
