Ingredients
- 3 to 4 medium size potatoes
- 1 can Italian sliced green beans, well drained
- 2 to 3 large pimientos, chopped
- 3 to 4 slices bacon, fried
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- pinch of sugar
- 1 c. mushroom soup
Method
- Boil potatoes; drain and slice round.
- Place sliced potatoes in bottom of baking dish.
- Top with can of green beans.
- Sprinkle pimientos over beans.
