Ingredients

  • 0.8 lb. lean boneless pork chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 minced glove garlic
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 3/4 lb. sliced leek
  • 2 c. beef-tea (beef broth)
  • 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman (soy sauce)
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter

Method

  • Cut pork chops in cubes and sprinkle the cubes with salt and pepper.
  • Fry the cubes in oil until nice and brown.
  • Once almost brown, fry with the meat for a minute, garlic, carrots and leek. Add beef-tea and soy sauce.
  • Simmer for another 15 minutes. Thicken the sauce with peanut butter.
  • Serve with white rice.
