Ingredients
- 0.8 lb. lean boneless pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 minced glove garlic
- 2 sliced carrots
- 3/4 lb. sliced leek
- 2 c. beef-tea (beef broth)
- 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman (soy sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
Method
- Cut pork chops in cubes and sprinkle the cubes with salt and pepper.
- Fry the cubes in oil until nice and brown.
- Once almost brown, fry with the meat for a minute, garlic, carrots and leek. Add beef-tea and soy sauce.
- Simmer for another 15 minutes. Thicken the sauce with peanut butter.
- Serve with white rice.
