Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- dash of pepper
Method
- In skillet, brown meat and onions in hot oil.
- Transfer meat and onions to slow cooker and add remaining ingredients to skillet, scraping browned bits from bottom.
- Pour over pork.
- Cook on high heat for 4 to 6 hours.
- Thicken gravy.
- Serve over hot rice.
