Ingredients
- 4 large pork chops
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 large onion
- Season-All salt
- salt
- pepper
- butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Wash pork chops; pat dry and sprinkle with Season-All salt.
- Wash and slice potatoes.
- Layer in a well-greased baking pan.
- Top with pork chops, salt, pepper and onion and one teaspoon of butter in four corners of pan.
- Cover and bake until potatoes are done.
