Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. rice (do not use Minute rice) and 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Brown pork chops in oil.
- Use the lid of your skillet to drain them in while you cook onion, bell pepper and soy sauce in skillet for 3 minutes.
- Add water; bring to boil.
- Add rice; lower heat and place pork chops in skillet.
- Cover and cook on low about 20 minutes or until rice is done.
