Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 3 pounds Pork Chops
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2- 1/2 cups Instant White Rice
  • 1- 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Celery Soup

Method

  • Melt butter in a small pan.
  • Heat your oven up on Broil setting.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika over pork chops.
  • Place on a rimmed cookie sheet.
  • Pour butter over the pork chops.
  • Broil until lightly brown.
  • Turn over and do the same on other side.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Change your oven setting to 350F.
  • Spray some cooking spray in a baking dish (the size of a cake pan).
  • Add rice, water and the soup to the baking dish and stir until well mixed.
  • Place porkchops in the rice (try to cover the chops with rice mixture as much as possible.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 1 hour and thirty minutes.
