Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 c. rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 2 soup cans of water
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown pork chops in large, heavy skillet and stir in rice. Add soups, drained mushrooms, water, salt and pepper.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
