Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- flour
- spreading mustard
- 1 can chicken rice soup
Method
- Flour pork chops on each side.
- Spread each side with mustard. Flour again.
- Brown on both sides with a little oil in a nonstick pan.
- Drain and add rice soup and 1/2 can water.
- Cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Put pork chops on platter and serve remaining liquid over potatoes like gravy.
