Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Method
- Brown pork chops which have been salted and peppered to taste in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
- Arrange pork chops in bottom of casserole dish and add rice.
- Bring can of soup to a boil in 1 can of water.
- Pour over rice.
- Make sure all rice is covered.
- Cover and bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes.
