Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. (24 oz.) hash browns
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can French fried onions

Method

  • Brown pork chops.
  • While pork chops are browning, microwave hash browns 10 to 13 minutes.
  • Combine soup, milk, sour cream, dash of salt and pepper.
  • Stir in hash browns, 1/2 Cheddar cheese and 1/2 French fried onions.
  • Pour in baking dish.
  • Put pork chops on top.
  • Cover.
  • Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
  • Take top off.
  • Put remaining cheese and French fried onions on top.
  • Bake 5 minutes, uncovered.
