Ingredients
- 6 salted pork chops
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 can golden mushroom or cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
Method
- Coat chops with flour and pepper mixture.
- Brown in a small amount of fat.
- Place pork chops in a casserole dish and pour soup over.
- Cover and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
