Ingredients
- 8 medium pork chops
- celery
- bell pepper
- onion
- tomato juice
Method
- Season pork chops to taste.
- Roll in flour, then brown on back side.
- Cut up vegetables and set aside until you have browned the pork chops.
- Saute vegetables in same skillet with the oil you cooked the chops in.
- Place the chops in casserole pan.
- After the vegetables are done, pour the tomato juice in with the vegetables. Take that and pour over the chops.
- Simmer about 15 minutes in oven at 350°.
- Serve with rice and tossed salad or mashed potatoes.
