Ingredients

  • 8 medium pork chops
  • celery
  • bell pepper
  • onion
  • tomato juice

Method

  • Season pork chops to taste.
  • Roll in flour, then brown on back side.
  • Cut up vegetables and set aside until you have browned the pork chops.
  • Saute vegetables in same skillet with the oil you cooked the chops in.
  • Place the chops in casserole pan.
  • After the vegetables are done, pour the tomato juice in with the vegetables. Take that and pour over the chops.
  • Simmer about 15 minutes in oven at 350°.
  • Serve with rice and tossed salad or mashed potatoes.
