Ingredients
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Combine egg, 1/4 cup of the tomato soup and next 5 ingredients. Add beef and mix well.
- Shape into 20 meatballs.
- Place in skillet. Mix remaining soup, 1/2 cup water and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Bring to boiling and reduce heat.
- Simmer, covered, for 40 minutes, stirring often.
- Makes 4 to 5 servings.
