Ingredients
- 7 ounces porcini mushrooms
- olive oil
- 5/8 cup chicken stock
- 3 3/8 tablespoons heavy cream
- salt
- ground black pepper
Method
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Saute in a little olive oil for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken stock, cream, and a pinch of both salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Use an electric mixer or immersion blender and puree until smooth. Serve with steak, such as grilled sirloin steak.
