- 3 whole chicken breasts (can use boneless chicken breasts if desired)
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 diced carrot
- 2 pieces celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 sticks oleo
- 4 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 2 cylinders Ritz crackers
Method
- Place chicken breasts into a deep pan of water with bouillon cubes, carrot and celery.
- Cook until tender, cool, debone and cut chicken into pieces.
