Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 stick butter (melted)

Method

  • Boil chicken.
  • Tear into strips or small pieces.
  • Place chicken in bottom of casserole dish.
  • Mix sour cream and soup together.
  • Pour over top of chicken.
  • Add poppy seed and melted butter to crackers.
  • Sprinkle cracker mixture on top of chicken mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
